Unlike what many SEO/SEM specialists will tell you there is no magic to what I do. The search engines look at two major factors when determining web rankings. These factors are: 1) content of site 2) links (see SEO link building). Of course web marketing has grown beyond just targeting the major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN to social marketing which involves targeting sites like Youtube, Pinterest, Twitter, Flickr, Facebook, Myspace, Digg, and social bookmarking sites. My strategy has always been to find as many sources of traffic as possible for my clients’ web sites. One source is also Google Adwords and PPC campaigns. Personally I do not strongly believe in Adwords or PPC because the cost of these kinds of campaigns can be very expensive for the amount of traffic they generate. However, some clients want a to tap all sources of traffic, here is where I have helped my clients to save lots of money and have helped them create successful pay per click campaigns.
